2. How can I see what promotions you have coming up?

Please contact our Affiliate Team at partners@draxe.com and they will be able to tell you what launches and special promotions we have coming up.

3. What affiliate tracking system do you use?

We use Cake as our backend affiliate tracking system. You can find out more about Cake here.

4. How do I become a VIP affiliate?

VIP Affiliate status is invite-only. Based on your performance in our affiliate program we will contact you to become a VIP affiliate. If you have a list of over 100k active subscribers and are planning on doing solo mailouts, you can request to be invited into our VIP inner circle. Please send us an email at: partners@draxe.com.

5. How do I get my creative and affiliate links?

When you are logged in to our affiliate center, you will be able to see tested swipe emails, banners, social media posts and more for upcoming launches under “Launch Creatives.” We aim to add them to the center a few weeks before a launch kicks off. For evergreen product promotion, you will be able to find them in Cake’s affiliate platform. If you are having trouble locating them, please feel free to contact our affiliate team: partners@draxe.com.

We want to make supporting our launches as easy as possible for you. All creatives along with your unique tracking links will be emailed to you. If there’s something specific you would like that will help you promote our products/launches, let us know and we’ll make sure to get it over to you.

6. If I have a community member that has a question about your product or launch, who can I refer them to?

7. How can I go into the backend to see my stats reporting for all the links I have promoted?

Once you are an affiliate for Axe Wellness you will be provided with a login to Cake, our affiliate tracking system here. From here you will see on your dashboard your reports on recent promotions.

8. When can I expect to receive my commission on sales?

Commission are paid out on the 30th of the following month. This allows us to account for refunds, if any. That means if you earned commissions in January, they will be paid out at the end of February.

There is also a minimum threshold of $50 for payouts. Please also note that we require an up-to-date W-9/W8-BEN to be filled out before any payments will be made. In order to receive commissions for the month we will require you to submit your forms before the 15th of the payout month to partners@draxe.com. E.g. to be paid out for January’s earnings, you will need to submit your form before February 15th.
